Tiny Homes

Legacy Homes currently has two tiny homes under it's belt & we are chomping on the bit to build more! For past updates on "TH2", please visit our facebook page.

TH2

Why live in a tiny home?
  • tiny home = cheaper to buildA tiny home can usually be built without taking out a mortgage, freeing one from a large monthly mortgage payment.
  • tiny home = less room to collect "stuff". When given large spaces, we as humans tend to want to fill them with unnecessary clutter. Living in a tiny home, you simply don't have enough room to accumulate unnecessary items.
  • tiny home = mobility. Tiny homes are usually built on trailers, enabling you to take them different places!
  • tiny home = less to clean & more time to play. With a smaller space, there is simply less to clean. Not to mention it's harder to let anything pile up (i.e. dishes, clothes, etc.) because you need to the space! Less time spent cleaning means that there is more time to get out & live life. :)
